The “Clubhouse to College" and "Clubhouse to Career” program, or C2C, is one of the most important components of the Clubhouse. C2C allows Clubhouse members to gain valuable life and job-related skills, including team work, problem-solving skills, and project management. By learning the same kinds of hardware and software used by professionals in the real world, Clubhouse members quickly gain marketable skills. Most young people need assistance in realizing the value of the experiences they have at the Clubhouse. Workshops on such varying topics as resume writing, the college application process, and public speaking advance members in their college and career paths.

The focus here is on how to provide young people with the skills and knowledge needed to take an active role in ensuring their own success.
